Pick-up at 9:30 am. Transportation from your location to the town of Adrogue (Duration 1 hour) 
Arrive to Adrogue, Located in the south of Buenos Aires. Adrogue is the true color of the real Argentine culture. After arriving, we will walk to a local bakery to give you an inside look of the conventional pastries and breads of Argentina. You can take a closer look and learn about a wide array of facturas (pastries in Castellano) and will get to know a variety of different styles of Medialunas (famous Argentine croissants).
After a brief stroll you would be astonished to know as to why Argentina is admired for its beef in the world. You will also get to see a wide variety of cuts of meat available here in Argentina and gain a firsthand experience at a butcher's shop.
If you have a craving for ethnic food and you consider yourself a"foodie" type of traveler -why not emerge yourself into the local cuisine. We make a brief stop at one local restaurant to taste a Pisco Sour (Famous Chilean drink), and we meet a local young chef owner to tell us about what are the most common dishes served at his petite restaurant.
We will continue walking to the Adrogue outdoor market where you see the local natives gathered there discussing and purchasing fresh food from the farmers. This is a routine activity of the people of Adrogue Town every Friday morning. To give more prominence on the insiders story; Teresita will introduce you to a variety of fruits, vegetables, fish, poultry, meat cuts and South American spices all along the fair.
Get to learn more about the Argentine culture and be exposed to a local, small town food market. You can walk easily as the traffic is banned in the area. We brought you here to see and enjoy a wide variety of small stands exhibiting different variety of spices and herbs cheerfully displayed. The food and their interesting display here is one of kind because it is not a fancy market but one of the true colors of Argentina. It is for this reason food markets are popular more than its foodstuff and the artisanal food exhibited. All this show a true Argentine culture. (Duration 30 - 45 minutes).
These typical food markets are untouched by the humdrum of the fancy markets, where most of the tourists throng in Buenos Aires downtown area. You will be surprised with the hospitality of locals here who greet and welcome you with smile. However, you won't find stores selling Italian Olive oil or French cheese. But the authentic Argentine markets will not disappoint you with a wide variety of food stuffs. The sole aim of bringing you here on this culinary tour is to get in touch with the Argentine's culture.
Back to Teresita's home where you will also get to ;earn how to make Chimichurri marinade. Chimichurri is Argentina's delicious sauce which can be made effortlessly. It is used all along with the grilled meat. In continuation of our tour, we will stuff and bade the empanadas.
 Now is the time for regrouping for a wine tasting lunch session around the table, where you taste premium Argentine wines and regional dishes. The executive Chef at the Instituto Argentino de Gastronomia, Sommelier Cecilia Spinetto a graduate from C.A.V.A is a committed chef who will reveal more information on Argentine wines. Whether you are a novice or a die-hard admirer in the company of Cecilia you are sure to admire a blend of both wine and food.
